• Manages day‑to‑day healthcare operations in the community to ensure resident needs are met.
• Treats residents with respect, dignity and provides high quality care as needs change.
• Ensures consistent resident care throughout all shifts, and may assume caregiver or medication‑tech duties as staffing requires.
• Supervises licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA’s and caregivers, providing training and ongoing education.
• Manages medication training, pharmacy management and medication supervision, conducting periodic medication‑skills checks and medication audits per Brookdale guidelines.
• Participates in on‑call duties as required.
• EDMA educational requirement to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and minimum 1‑2 years relevant experience.
• Holder of an LPN or LVN license.

• LPN or LVN license, or RN with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Strong communication, empathy and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and participate in on‑call duty.
