Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to join our nursing leadership team!

This is a full-time position working three 12-hour shifts — Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7 AM–7 PM. This consistent schedule offers the opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role while enjoying four days off each week!

As our Weekend Nurse Supervisor, you’ll serve as a visible and supportive leader for our nursing team while helping ensure our residents receive excellent care.

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff during assigned shifts

• Be visible and available throughout the facility to support staff and residents

• Conduct rounds and address resident care needs or concerns

• Assist nurses and STNAs with clinical and resident care needs

• Monitor staffing and help coordinate coverage when necessary

• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary team

• Address staff or resident concerns promptly and professionally

• Ensure nursing documentation and care practices meet facility standards

• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture

• Help maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Confident, approachable, and willing to provide hands‑on support to the team

• Dependable with strong clinical judgment

• Ability to work Saturday, Sunday & Monday from 7 AM–7 PM
