Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN to join our nursing team!
Schedule7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for a consistent night‑shift schedule while working with a supportive team dedicated to providing quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Provide guidance and support to STNAs during the shift
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and resident‑centered environment
- Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations
- Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing
- Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and team‑oriented
- Commitment to providing excellent resident care
