• Tactical management of rework execution, material movement management, inventory counts, containment actions.
• Experience with basic Microsoft Excel
• Troubleshoot MES/ERP system issues related to traceability
• Initial review of incoming Nonconformances
• Machining related experience preferred for evaluation
• Perform roaming inspections throughout manufacturing processes to support product verification.
• Perform 200% inspections in Brake Assembly and Wheel Assembly, as required.
• Support containment activities with Quality Engineering group.
• Assist Quality with corrective action analysis, PFMEA support.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline with 2 years’ quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• OR Associate/2‑year degree with 6 years quality experience
• OR in lieu of degree, 8 years quality experience
• Aerospace Quality Inspection or FAA Inspections experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints

Pay Range: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

This position is classified as 100% Onsite in Troy, OH.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7am‑7pm (Weekend Shift).

Travel requirements:
Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required.

Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
