Shift Manager

AES Restaurants - :  [Restaurant Shift Supervisor] As a Shift Manager at AES Restaurants, you'll:
Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts;
Have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present;
Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests;
Assist management with training and coaching team members;
Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts;
Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
