The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts vary, generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for long periods.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Operate equipment like forklifts if qualified.
