The CSR Lead is a key part of the store team, helping keep daily operations organized, supporting fellow team members, and making sure customers receive friendly, dependable service. You'll be someone your team can count on—whether it's helping solve a customer concern, keeping the store looking its best, or stepping in to keep things moving during a busy shift.

What You'll DoLead by example and provide outstanding customer service

Support and encourage team members throughout the shift

Help keep daily store operations running efficiently

Assist with opening and closing responsibilities

Operate the register and assist customers with purchases and questions

Prepare food and maintain food safety and quality standards

Keep the store, food areas, and property clean and well organized

Restock merchandise and maintain an inviting store environment

Help address customer concerns in a professional and positive manner

Communicate important information between team members and management

Help ensure company standards, policies, and procedures are followed

Step in and take initiative when the team needs additional support

Previous customer service or leadership experience is preferred, but not required
