Creates qualified opportunities and closes appropriate business by following the company sales process with discipline and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Research and contact prospective customers.
- Conduct discovery, qualification, demonstrations, and follow-up.
- Maintain complete CRM records and next actions.
- Prepare or coordinate proposals within approved pricing and authority.
- Handle objections without misrepresenting the product.
- Meet activity, conversion, pipeline, and revenue expectations.
- Clear communicator with resilience, curiosity, honesty, and follow-through.
- Can learn technical business concepts well enough to sell accurately.
- Competitive without becoming reckless or dishonest.
- Prior B2B, phone, field, commission, retail, military recruiting, fundraising, or customer-facing experience may help but is not mandatory.
- Mock cold call, discovery call, objection handling, written follow-up, and CRM note exercise.
