, we host more than just tea parties — we create joyful, memory-filled experiences. The Party Host brings that magic to life! You’ll set up themed tea parties, birthdays, and small events, ensuring guests feel cared for and inspired.

• Set up, host, and clean up tea parties and events
• Lead activities like hat stamp pressing, trinket box designing and so many more
• Serve tea and treats, and make every guest feel special
• Coordinate event details and communicate with the team
• Capture Polaroids for guests memories
• Capture social media content for Truckee Teas channels
• Support daily café operations when no events are scheduled

• Are outgoing, creative, and love working with kids and families
• Have a flair for decorating and event coordination
• Can stay calm, positive, and organized during busy days
• Have hospitality or childcare experience (a plus!)
