MTCisseekinganexperienced

Superintendenttooverseecustomresidentialconstructionandremodelprojectsfrommobilizationthroughfinalcompletion,withparticularattentiontointeriorfinish.

Thisisahands-onfieldleadershiprole:the Superintendentdirectsday-to-daysiteoperations,partnerscloselywithsubcontractorsandtradepartnerstoupholdthehigheststandardsofqualityandworkmanship,andensureseveryprojectisexecutedsafely,accurately,onschedule,andwithinbudget—toastandardbefittingourcustomclientele.

• Communicateeffectivelyandprofessionallywithclients,subcontractors,designers,architects,andfellowemployeesateverystageoftheproject.
• Developandmaintaindaily,weekly,monthly,andannualprojectschedules;distributebiweeklyscheduleupdatestokeepallpartiesalignedandaccountabletodeadlines.
• Respondtoallcorrespondencewithin
  24hours,withprofessionalismandrespectineveryinteraction.
• Maintainaconsistent,visiblepresenceonsitetofieldquestionsfromsubcontractorsandremaindirectlyinvolvedineverydecisionaffectingthework;collaboratewitharchitects,designers,andprojectmanagersasneeded.
• Groundeverydecisionintheprojectbudget,escalatingquestionsorproposedchangestothe

  Manage rand/orclientsign-off.
• Meetbiweeklywiththe Project Managertoreviewscheduleandbudgetperformanceandconfirmeachprojectremainsontrack .
• Applydeep,currentknowledgeofbuildingpracticesandcodestoensureworkiscompletedtothecaliberourcustomhomeclientsexpect,andthatallinspectionsaremanagedprofessionally.
• Holdeverypartyontheproject—subcontractors,vendors,andteammembersalike—accountabletotheircommitmentsandtheschedule.
• Delivereveryprojectontime,within budget,andtoastandardthatstandsasalastingreferencefor

• High School Diplomaor GED required;courseworkinconstructionmanagementstronglypreferred.
• Aminimumof2–3yearsofexperienceinconstructionandprojectmanagementrequired.
• Demonstratedexperiencesupervisinghigh-end,customresidentialconstructionorremodelprojectsisrequired;candidateswithoutluxuryresidentialfieldexperiencewillnotbeconsidered.
• Strongfamiliaritywithhigh-endfinishwork,premiummaterials,andtheelevatedstandardsofcraftsmanshipexpectedoncustomhomeprojects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel ,Sage Contractor
  100,P-Vaultpaperlessbilling,andgeneralcomputerapplications.
• Avaliddriver'slicenseingoodstanding.
• Exceptionalorganizationalskillsandtheabilitytobuild,manage,andadaptcomplexprojectschedules.
• Aproactive,resourcefulapproachtoproblem-solving,bothonsiteandoff.
• Thejudgmenttothinkindependentlyandtheleadershippresencetoguidesubcontractorsandteamstowardasuccessfuloutcomeoneveryproject.
