We’re looking for a Dental Assistant to join our long‑standing, supportive team—someone with dental experience who’s excited to learn, grow, and maybe even fall in love with pediatric dentistry along the way.

WhatYou’ll Do
- Assist our skilled pediatric dentists in delivering exceptional care
- Create a fun, welcoming environment where kids and parents feel at ease
- Prepare treatment and hygiene rooms and maintain sterilization standards
- Provide chairside assistance during restorative procedures
- Take digital X‑rays with care and confidence
- Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure a seamless, positive patient experience
- A genuine love for working with children
- A calm, gentle, and reassuring chairside manner
- Dental assisting experience (pediatric experience is a plus!)
- Strong communication and people skills
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable multitasking
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
We offer comprehensive training for coronal polishing, X‑ray certification, and more—through a mix of one‑on‑one mentoring, hands‑on learning, webinars, and written materials.
Job Details- Schedule: Monday–Thursday
- Job Type: Full‑time
- Dental office experience (1 year preferred)
- Dental assisting experience (2 years preferred)
- X‑ray Certification, Coronal Polish Certificate, and/or RDA (preferred, not required)
