• Seating and taking accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitoring food distribution, ensuring correct delivery and presentation.
• Checking station before, during, and after shifts for set‑up and cleanliness.
• Abiding by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Familiarity with all menu items, preparation, and service procedure.
• Totalling checks, presenting them to guests, and accepting payment.
• Assisting with bussing tables.
• Performing various other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of high school education; post‑high school education preferred.
• At least one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.

• Team player.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Exceeded expectations of guests and team members.
• Operate available equipment such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
• Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds.
• Work flexible hours and shifts.
