- Generate sales, and demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service.
- Responsible for opening and closing store.
- Evaluate sales trends and create methods for sales growth.
- Manage retail and rental inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals.
- Enforce company cash handling policies and procedures, and other loss prevention policies.
- Manage sales floor team and rental process.
- Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication.
- Provide great customer service to all guests.
- Ensure pricing is accurate and current including any and all promotions.
- Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous snow sport industry experience - preferred.
- Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English - required.
- Ability to maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends – required.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $25.19/hr individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
