Part-time Sales Associate

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our Truckee, CA store 3 days/
week (weekends & holidays required). This is a permanent position, not seasonal.

• Strong customer service skills and an appreciation for our designers and point of view.
• A reliable teammate who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and positive.
• Adaptable—comfortable switching between front-of-house sales and back-of-house operations as needed.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in women’s clothing and/or accessories preferred (but not required for the right candidate).
• Proactive, highly organized, open to feedback, and eager to grow with our business.

• Keeping the sales floor organized, clean, and beautifully merchandised.
• Communicating with customers via email for logistics, styling advice, and online purchase assistance.
• Supporting inventory management and entering purchase orders.
• Learning the fit and styling of new arrivals to better advise clients in-store and online.
• Contributing to content creation for social media.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.90 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
