NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED FULL-CHARGE BOOKKEEPER - Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: NE Arkansas
Salary: $50,000 annually, negotiable based on experience
Seeking an experienced bookkeeper who can keep financial records accurate, organized, and current and have everything ready for the CPA to prepare the annual tax return.
Responsibilities include:- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain the general ledger and financial records
- Complete month-end and year-end bookkeeping
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for the CPA
- Manage the full bookkeeping process with some assistance available
- Strong full-charge bookkeeping experience
- A thorough understanding of the complete bookkeeping cycle
- Experience using accounting software
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
