Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team of clinicians at Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) / Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA). MKSA/KULA is an early intervention day treatment clinic for children with special needs.

In this role, you will work with children from birth to Kindergarten (including summer elementary‑age expansions), delivering occupational therapy services in accordance raun early intervention guidelines. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, psychologists, nutritionists, and audiologists—to provide comprehensive care.

• Education / Certification: Current Arkansas license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience / Knowledge: One year of successful experience in a similar position or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Abilityspecified to work with children between the ages of birth to 6 who are at risk.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills—including a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standard situations.
