Assistant Manager – Domino's Pizza

• Manage all costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations during the shift.
• Set the example; follow all policies and procedures 100 % of the time and expect the same from the crew.
• Staff the store, handle paperwork, and enforce cost controls & cash management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing activities, and overall image.
• Ensure great customer service, attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.
• Work to a schedule and maintain profitability.

• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide (calculator may be used).
• Provide correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills to process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Navigate delivery routes and read maps.
• Navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.

• Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position; work surfaces 36‑48”.
• Walking: short distances and delivery trips between store and vehicle.
• Sitting: paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lifting: lift deliveries up to 50 lb; stack items up to 72”.
• Carrying: carry cans, sauces, trays; deliver pizzas while walking and climbing stairs.
• Pushing / Pulling: move trays on dollies up to 7.5 lb force.
• Climbing: navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance.
• Stooping / Bending: forward bending at pizza assembly and front counter.
• Crouching / Squatting: occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: continuous up, down and forward reaching up to 72”.
• Driving: deliver pizzas within a designated area; must have valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Hand Tasks: eye‑hand coordination; frequent use of forearm and wrist for dough and pizza handling.

• Varying indoor temperatures (36–90 °F).
• Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
• Adverse weather when performing outside tasks.
