Avangrid - Trumbull, CT - The Workforce Sustainability Senior Analyst is a key member of the Talent & Organizational Performance (TOP) training team. This position coordinates and implements data analysis and visualization to ensure the success of the team.
In partnership with others across the TOP team, this role leads the analysis of complex data as well as the development of dashboards and other presentation mediums to successfully communicate to various levels within the organization.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferred. Advanced Degree or Professional Certification preferred.
Required Experience/Training: Proven advanced data visualization skills in Microsoft Office tools;
Excel, Access, Power BI, and other data analysis techniques.
