Position Overview

Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Financial Analyst Associate. In this role, you will provide financial analysis and support to programs within the Global Commercial & Military Systems (GCMS) and Advance Programs business segment at Lockheed Martin RMS (Rotary and Mission Systems). This role is responsible for the Earned Value Management on various programs as well as various ad‑hoc financial analyses.

This role works closely with other functions on the team such as Program Management, CAMs (Control Account Managers), and Planning. Other aspects of the job include establishing budget baselines, ensuring realistic EACs (Estimates at Complete) and ETCs (Estimates to Complete), tracking and communicating funding status, tracking any changes to the budget baseline, creating any required monthly reporting, and in general, providing supportive financial guidance to other team members on the program.

Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and support to programs within GCMS and Advance Programs.
  • Manage Earned Value Management on various programs.
  • Establish budget baselines and ensure realistic EACs and ETCs.
  • Track and communicate funding status and any changes to the budget baseline.
  • Create required monthly reporting.
  • Provide supportive financial guidance to program team members.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related degree.
  • Microsoft Office Skills – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Analytical Skills.
Desired Skills
  • Excellent written, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently to drive financial acumen within program teams.
  • Experience in project leadership and/or financial modeling.
Other Important Information

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Remote Work

Part‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
