Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote
Location: Trumbull, CT and Surrounding Areas (Hybrid Option Available)

- Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $92,928 - $116,485

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload. - Uncapped Bonus Potential: Opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours, with flexible pacing.
- Growth and Advancement Opportunities: Potential to advance through BCBA levels I–IV, increasing leadership impact. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22 to focus on leadership development and broader interests.

Full control over when and where you supervise your cases. - Administrative Support: Our team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, freeing you to focus on clinical care.
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
- A Transdisciplinary Approach to Care: Holistic, multidisciplinary model with collaboration across occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and more.
