Patient Service Coordinator - Primary Care

Shift: Mon-Fri

The Patient Service Coordinator creates a positive patient experience by greeting patients, answering routine questions, registering patients maintaining records, and facilitating communication between patients and providers. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, responding to patient correspondence, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Qualifications- High school diploma/GED equivalent, or minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferred.
- Relevant experience in a fast‑paced medical office highly preferred.
- Epic experience preferred.
- Positive, customer‑focused approach, commitment to excellent patient care.
