Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Trumbull, CT. The BCBA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and oversee evidence-based treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising behavioral therapy programs, training and supervising Behavior Technicians, and providing support to families. The BCBA will ensure treatment plans are personalized and aligned with the unique needs of each child and family while tracking progress and maintaining detailed documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and design, implement, and oversee ABA-based treatment plans.
  • Supervise behavioral therapy programs and provide oversight to Behavior Technicians.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and support staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to families to facilitate in-home and in-session progress.
  • Ensure treatment plans are personalized and aligned with the needs of each child and family.
  • Track progress and maintain detailed documentation to support clinical decisions and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and current certification/license in good standing
  • Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, behavior intervention plan creation, and implementation
  • Experience in conducting assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
  • Strong leadership, supervision, and training skills in guiding and supporting Behavior Technicians
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in documenting progress and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental conditions is highly preferred
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate and individualized care
