Production Manager
Trans Pak is seeking a Production Supervisor to serve as the main liaison between production employees on the manufacturing floor and management. The role partners with the division’s management team and HR to hire, train, and coach staff, as well as assist in staffing forecasts.
The ideal candidate will supervise daily workflow, forecast staffing needs, ensure productivity and quality standards, and coordinate with HR on vacations, time cards, overtime, and training.
