Job Summary

As Senior Global Product Manager, IVF Equipment, you will lead the portfolio strategy, roadmap, upstream marketing activities, lifecycle management, and global pricing strategy for our Micromanipulator, Laser Portfolio and select support equipment. You will conduct in-depth analysis of IVF market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and report to the Global Product Director, IVF Equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead portfolio strategies and roadmaps by analyzing IVF market trends, competitor positioning, and customer (unmet) needs.
  • Plan and execute commercial activities for new product innovation projects and co‑drive impactful launches with commercial marketing colleagues.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of portfolio performance (financial and clinical) to ensure profitable growth and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Own global pricing strategy and conduct annual price optimizations.
  • Drive product lifecycle activities to streamline the portfolio and meet company quality standards.
  • Collaborate with global commercial leaders and marketing managers to develop business growth initiatives, increasing sales and market share.
  • Support the commercial marketing team in developing global marketing plans and tactics to drive adoption, awareness, and strengthen positioning.
  • Travel internationally up to 20% of the year (approximately 40–50 days) for business needs.
Qualifications
  • Analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and detail orientation.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive, agile approach and results orientation.
  • Hands‑on experience leading upstream marketing activities (voice of customer, value proposition, business case, go‑to‑market).
  • Experience with commercial marketing initiatives such as campaigns, go‑to‑market, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations and detailed financial analysis in Excel.
  • Scientific interest and technical understanding in high‑tech medical devices and/or in‑vitro fertilization.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Team player capable of working independently in a high‑paced environment.
Experience
  • Minimum 6 years overall marketing experience, majority in product management (upstream marketing), preferably in medical devices or a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience developing and implementing global strategies is a strong advantage.
Education
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s) in Business Administration, Marketing, or Science.
  • Passing background check (employment, criminal, educational, and driving records).
