Finance team.

• Take ownership of day-to-dayfinanceactivity, ensuring keyaccountingentries and controls are maintained to a high standard
• Keep groupaccountsrunning smoothly by supporting month-end routines and contributing to a fast, accurate close
• Play a hands‑on role in improvingfinanceprocesses, tightening controls and strengthening financial insight
• Handle core compliance activity, including VAT/CIS and ensure a strongaccountingframework is maintained
• Act as an important link during audits, preparing clean information and supporting efficient reviews
• Support payroll accuracy and ensure thefinanceteam has reliable data flowing into the accounts
• Get involved in systems and automation projects, helping thefinancefunction scale with the business

• Practice experience is essential
  -ideally with audit exposure, and a solid understanding of professionalaccountingstandards
• Studying toward ACCA/CIMA or another recognisedaccountingqualification
• Confident working with accounts, financial controls and compliance processes
• Someone proactive, curious and ready to grow with a fast-movingfinancefunction
