Vehicle Technician

Our client, a well-established main dealership specialising in passenger cars in Truro, Cornwall, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy service team.

• Competitive basic salary of up to £32,000 per annum
• OTE of approximately £36,000, including performance bonuses
• Monday to Friday working week
• One in four Saturday mornings, 8am to 1pm, with salary included for Saturday work

• Servicing and repairing a variety of passenger vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Conducting diagnostics and fault analyses efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Completing documentation, reports, and warranty claims accurately
• Working towards workshop targets in a timely manner
• Contributing to team efforts and promoting a positive working environment

• Level 3 qualified automotive technician
• Minimum of two years' workshop experience in a dealership or similar environment
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Motivated to deliver excellent customer service
• Full UK driving licence
