Panel Beater

Are you an experienced Panel Beater looking to take the next step in your career with one of the UK's leading automotive retail and accident repair groups?

At Vertu Accident Repair Centre Truro, we are investing heavily in our facilities, technology and people. We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Panel Beater to join our growing team and work with state-of-the-art equipment, the latest repair technology and manufacturer-approved processes.

We are offering a £35,000 basic salary with an OTE of up to £50,000.

You will work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, so no weekend working involved!

• Carrying out panel repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Removing and refitting MET components.
• Repairing or replacing damaged vehicle panels.
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Working efficiently to maintain productivity and cycle time targets.
• Identifying additional damage and reporting findings accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair environment.
• Ability to complete your own MET work.
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle construction and repair techniques.
• Experience working with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• ATA or NVQ accreditation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Your own tools
