SHEQ Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) Manager for our client, a leading timber processing and manufacturing business with operations across Ireland and the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation at a time of significant investment and expansion. Based in Enniskillen, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving SHEQ standards across multiple sites, supporting operational excellence and fostering a strong safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead SHEQ strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Support leadership teams in promoting a positive safety culture
* Drive regulatory compliance and best practice across operations
* Monitor performance and implement improvement initiatives About You
* Experience in a SHEQ, Health & Safety, or similar leadership role within manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements
* Experience working within a multi-site or complex operational environment
* Knowledge of ISO 45001, with environmental and quality management systems advantageous
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills What's on Offer
