About the role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. This is more than just a service role – it’s about building trust, creating relationships and delivering a seamless journey from start to finish.

You’ll:

  • Act as the key point of contact between the customer and workshop
  • Manage customer expectations and keep them updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services
  • Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
About you

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

You will have:

  • Previous customer-facing experience (essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • A genuine passion for delivering an excellent customer experience

Experience as a Service Advisor would be an advantage, but it’s not essential – we’re more interested in your attitude, drive and commitment to customer care.
