RIBAJ in Truro is seeking an Architectural Technician to join an established architectural practice. You will work across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, developing detailed technical information and supporting delivery.
Key responsibilities include producing accurate technical drawings, planning and Building Regulations packages, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring information is buildable and compliant while maintaining programme.
