Specialist Endoscopist​/Gastroenterologist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Specialist Endoscopist / Gastroenterologist based in Truro. Main responsibilities include conducting a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, managing patients with gastroenterological and hepatological conditions, and performing advanced procedures such as capsule endoscopy. The role also involves participation in multidisciplinary team meetings, delivering high-quality patient care, and contributing to clinical research and teaching activities to support the Trust’s commitment to education and innovation.

• Proficiency in Medicine and advanced Endoscopic techniques
• Expertise in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, including diagnostic assessment and patient management
• Experience or knowledge in Capsule Endoscopy and related technologies
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Full General Medical Council (GMC) registration
• Commitment to continuous professional development and delivering patient-centered care
