Clinical Practice Educator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Practice Educator, to work in the learning and development department at RCHT.

• Co-ordination and support of all non medical undergraduate learners on placement within the Trust.
• Support and development of Supervisors, Assessors and Preceptors in practice.
• Provision of clinically based education within specific acute ward areas supporting both pre-registration students and preceptees.

• 2 years experience working in an acute clinical area.
• NMC/HCPC Pin Number.
• Teaching and/or mentoring/Assessor qualification.
• Evidence of teaching in a classroom and/or clinical area.
• Experience in an academic setting.
• Experience in a clinical teaching role.

• Degree qualification.
• NMC/HCPC Pin Number.
• Teaching and/or mentoring/Assessor qualification.
• Experience as a preceptor.
• ILS and/or MH qualifications.
• Experience with in a clinical teaching role.
