Forest Educator – Outdoor Adventures!

Are you passionate about early years education and ready to make a real impact? At Naturally Learning, we’re looking for warm, dedicated educators to join our nurturing team to bring the magic of outdoor learning to life in our Truro Forest. Must have a valid level 3 childhood and education qualification. Must be prepared to work in the forest everyday. Must have a driving licence.

As an Outdoor Educator, you will:

• Deliver inspiring care and education to our children in our own amazing forest near Truro
• Be a positive role model every single day
• Communicate with kindness and professionalism
• Help create a joyful, supportive team environment
• Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease
• Champion our nursery’s values with families and visitors
• Follow best practice and keep your DBS certificate up to date
• Speak up—whether it’s to celebrate great practice or raise a concern
