Level 3 Early Years Educator - Playbox, Truro

Full Time, Part Time or Flexible Working Available

£28,579.20 per year (based on 40 hours) + excellent benefits

We’re looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join our team at our Playbox nursery. You’ll be part of a professional, supportive environment focused on providing high-quality early years education and helping children thrive.

About the role

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

  • Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality early years education
  • Confidently work within the EYFS framework to provide safe, engaging and developmentally appropriate experiences
  • Meet children’s daily needs with compassion, attentiveness and professionalism
  • Plan engaging activities that support children’s curiosity, learning and holistic development
  • Build positive, professional relationships with colleagues, parents and carers
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety at all times
  • Contribute positively to team discussions and reflective practice
About you

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting children’s learning and development
  • Communicates confidently and works well as part of a team
  • Creates inclusive, supportive and respectful environments
  • Is reflective and committed to ongoing professional development
Nice to have
  • Paediatric First Aid certification
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs
  • Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
