• Local Work, Less Travel – Most instructors teach within 30 minutes of home, typically covering 6–8 postcodes.

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no bans in the last 5 years.
• Be reliable, patient, and confident communicating with people.
