We're looking an Early Years Educator / Early Childhood Professional to playa key roleinchildren's early development.

As an Early Years professional, you'llplay a keyrole in creating inspiring learning experiences, championing children's development and working in partnership with families to provide thevery best startinlife.

You'll work closely with children, families, colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality early education and carein line with the EYFS framework, while promoting children'swell being, safeguarding and inclusion.

This role also provides opportunities to develop specialist expertise in areassuch as SEND,safeguarding, early language development, outdoor learning, behaviour and wellbeing, and coaching, trainingandquality improvement.

• Deliver high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development
• Observe, assess and document children's progress and achievements
• Build strong, professional relationships with families, colleagues and external partners
• Promote children's wellbeing,safeguarding and inclusion at all times
• Contribute to aculture of excellence, continuous improvement and professional practice
