Our PPD provision plays a vital role in helping students achieve their ambitions through a personalised programme of professional skills development, personal growth, employability and work-based learning. The successful candidate will inspire students to recognise and fulfil their potential, supporting them to develop the knowledge, behaviours and attributes needed for future success.

You will be an engaging educator who can build positive relationships with learners across a range of abilities and backgrounds. The role includes responsibilities as a Personal Tutor, providing pastoral guidance, supporting student wellbeing, monitoring progress and helping learners to overcome barriers to achievement. You will create an inclusive learning environment where students feel valued, motivated and empowered to succeed.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting and developing young people.
  • Delivers engaging, high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
  • Can confidently work with learners of varying abilities and needs.
  • Is adaptable, resilient and responsive within a dynamic educational environment.
  • Values collaboration and contributes positively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Is committed to helping students achieve excellent personal and academic outcomes.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to an outstanding learner experience and play a key role in preparing students for their next steps, whether that is higher education, employment, apprenticeships or independent living.

* Salary as advertised is based on a qualified lecturer. Non-qualified applicants will be considered and appointed to the non-qualified lecturer pay scale where appropriate.
