WSP in the UK & Ireland is offering a two‑year Graduate Development Programme for civil engineering graduates. You will contribute to Local Government, Highways and Bridges projects across Norfolk, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Carlisle and Truro, gaining hands‑on design development, site assessments and technical reporting from day one.
You’ll work on road and bridge projects, support planning and tendering, and pursue professional registration (ICE/IStructE).
