Trainee Financial Planner

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (typically up to £250k in investable assets)
• Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations
• Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions
• Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas
• Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Titan group to identify opportunities
• Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes
• Maintain accurate and high-quality client documentation and reporting
• Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise

• Hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent) (essential)
• Have experience within financial services (e.g. paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice)
• Are looking to transition into a client-facing financial planning role
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Are motivated by long-term career progression within financial planning
• Have a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
• Are comfortable working in a target-driven, client-focused environment.
• Cashflow modelling experience (Desirable)
• Ambition to progress towards Chartered status (Desirable)

Demonstrates expertise in delivering financial planning advice, maintaining compliance with FCA regulations, and building strong client relationships. Proficient in client documentation, reporting, and cashflow modeling, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and long-term career progression.
