An exciting opportunity within the Research & Development Directorate to join the Kensey Research Team, working on our Ologies and Covid portfolio. The role involves delivering and clinically managing a portfolio of academic and commercial research studies, providing support to investigators, and gaining clinical skills through multidisciplinary collaboration.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver and clinically manage your own portfolio of academic and commercial research studies.
- Provide research monitoring and care to consenting participants.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive records of research data.
- Develop processes to maximise patient recruitment and support for studies.
- Coordinate clinical aspects of trials, including assessments, planning, care and safety.
- Work autonomously under the guidance of the Lead Consultants, Team Leader and Senior Research Nurses.
- Demonstrate accountability for portfolio growth and quality standards, adhering to regulatory bodies such as MHRA.
- Work under pressure while maintaining professional standards.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with MDT and external stakeholders.
- Supervise staff and manage HR situations within scope of practice.
- Motivate staff in a positive direction.
