. Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 dependent on experience.
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm.
Contract:
Permanent (Full-time or flexibility around term-time can be discussed based on personal circumstances).
- Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Oak Tree School. Collaborate with the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead.
- Split the role between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload.
- Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
- Meet EHCP needs through a target-led approach, via the OFG all-group and individual clinical ways of working embedded in clinical practice.
- Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team members and lead on service development of the clinical school-based service, alongside the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
- Maintain a person-centred, empowering approach and ensure safeguarding is central across settings; involve pupils in decisions affecting them.

- HCPC-registered practitioner (or other approved governing body) Level
7. Valid/professional registration and membership of professional body (e.g., BPS). - Knowledge of EHCPs and ability to run reflective practice and supervision sessions.
- Experience with the specialist client group (autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs).
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities.
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
- Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing, developing clinical service.
- Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty (preferred).
- Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
