A healthcare provider in Truro is seeking a Service Manager to lead NHS Digital’s e-Referral Service and manage digital training within the Outpatient Booking Team. Responsibilities include maintaining national e-Referral services, providing operational support to senior management, and ensuring compliance with the national e-Referral System. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent experience, along with strong operational leadership and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from £47,810 to £54,710 per year pro rata.
