ECare Trainer
3 months fixed term contract
Up to £30,162 per annum pro rata
Based in Treliske but this role requires workers to travel across the country to deliver training as required

Spinwell is recruiting for a ECare Trainer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

• To deliver training on the new eCare system and business as usual solutions to all NHS staff across the Cornwall Healthcare Community.
• To contribute to the creation and improvement of IT training materials, courses and user guides used to deliver and support flexible IT training solutions.
• To deliver project related training including preparation of new materials and user guides.
• The post holder may also assist with IT projects, IT support and help desk activity.

• Educated to diploma level or has the equivalent hands‑on IT experience.
• Ability to identify and solve a range of problems related to IT training delivery, including common hardware and software errors.
• Advanced IT skills for use of software, including Excel.
• Informal coaching or teaching experience.
• Ability to explain complex subjects in clear, concise, understandable terms to staff with varying knowledge levels of the subject matter.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and experience.
• Excellent presentation & organisational skills and experience.
• Ability to motivate, encourage and counsel learners.
• Ability to engage with existing and future e‑learning forms of course delivery and learner support.
• Ability to work to the quality standards set by Cornwall IT Services.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues applicable to IT equipment and the classroom environment.
