We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable Domicillary Care Worker to help adults live with dignity and independence in their own homes, group settings, or assisted-living environments. What You’ll Do Provide respectful assistance with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Offer companionship, emotional support, and engaging social activities. Follow tailored care plans and record observations, promptly reporting any changes in health or behaviour. Administer medications (where trained/authorised) and assist with mobility or transfers, including the safe use of equipment such as hoists or Hoyer lifts. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that promotes wellbeing and independence. What We’re Looking For Essential: empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve quality of life.

First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Previous experience in community care, group homes, or assisted-living settings is an advantage. Comfortable supporting people with dementia, Alzheimer’s, autism, or other developmental/health conditions. Ability to follow care plans, maintain confidentiality, and meet high hygiene standards.
