As a Care Coordinator
, you’ll be at the heart of keeping extraordinary care running smoothly. Working closely with your Branch Care Manager, you’ll support carers, customers and the wider community, making sure every visit is well-planned, every team member feels supported, and every customer receives care they can truly rely on.
- Support your Branch Care Manager to deliver exceptional care across your local area.
- Allocate carers effectively so customers receive consistent, high-quality support.
- Complete supervisions and observations on time, helping carers grow and maintain great practice.
- Help recruit and onboard new carers, strengthening the branch’s capacity and community impact.
- Review and update care plans so they reflect each customer’s needs, preferences and wellbeing.
- Look for opportunities to grow the branch, supporting local engagement and commercial activity.
- Champion brilliant customer service, ensuring every interaction feels considered and kind.
- Support on‑call duties in line with the branch rota.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Experience in the care sector, ideally in a supervisory role.
- A good understanding of CQC/CIW regulatory standards and best practice.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong communication skills, confidence in decision‑making and a supportive, people‑first approach.
