Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Children's Community Nurse on a permanent part-time basis (28.5 hours across 3 days) to join our established team in Cornwall. The role is mainly based in the East of the county with county-wide travel.
There is weekend, bank holiday, and on-call End of Life care required. Applicants must be current NHS Cornwall employees (Cornwall Foundation Trust, Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust or Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board)
