The Role

As a Hospital Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, supporting patients and healthcare professionals, and ensuring the safe and effective supply of medicines.

  • Accurately dispensing prescription medications in line with legal and professional standards.
  • Providing medication counselling and advice to patients.
  • Working collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting stock management.
  • Advising on over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products where appropriate.
  • Contributing to the continuous delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred pharmacy services.
What We're Looking For
  • GPhC-registered Pharmacist
  • Previous pharmacy experience (hospital experience is advantageous but not essential)
  • Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Up-to-date clinical knowledge and a proactive approach to professional development
  • Flexible, organised, and solution-focused mindset
