Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Cornwall is seeking an Eating Disorders Support Worker (Band
4) for a fixed-term 8-month contract. The role involves delivering short-term intensive interventions, meal support in the home, and coordinating with the eating disorders multidisciplinary team.
You will work across home and community settings, with shifts across a 7-day week, to help young people avoid hospital admission and stay connected with family and community supports.
