This Band 3, full-time post will work across the Carrick district and surrounding areas, providing practical and emotional support to individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, contribute to care plans, and help people access services. Travel across the county is required, and driving is essential.
