You will discharge from inpatient settings and provide community support to prevent admissions, working with Autistic Spectrum Conditions to improve outcomes across Cornwall.
The role requires advanced clinical reasoning, specialist Autism knowledge and highly developed OT skills to enable safe discharge and independent living with multidisciplinary team
